No charge issues
Seems like all I do here is ask questions in order to remedy the problems I have with my truck. That being said I am having charging problems with my 91.5 intercooled w250. Recently, within the last 2 or so months I was hahaving overcharging issues which with help from this forum I believe I have remedied. Now I am having charging issues, namely no charge. I have replaced both voltage regulator and alternator today to no avail. Anybody have advice as to where I can start to diagnose and remedy this? Thanks...

I would ditch the external voltage regulator and install the transpo internal unit. Very good results across multiple forums. I have one in my 03 Cummins swap truck and it charges steady at 13.9v at idle. I'm still running the baby gasser battery that is 5+ years old too.

If replacing both didn't fix the problem that likely wasn't the problem.
Start with a multimeter & check fusible links, alternator socket connectors, bulkhead connectors, ignition switch, and grounds.
