hey guys on my truck theres 2 studs and one bolt does this sound right and the bolt was on top but on the engine side and it was crazy hard to start i think the po had it off maybe and done something to it,,,my question is can i put the bolt in the main front and the stud in the back so it will be easier,,,,,

 

Unless the threads were stripped or something...then yes you can move around the studs, and bolts to where ever you like.
