one step forward, two back

Well, I'm happy to announce I did my first repair already, and I haven't even driven the thing a mile yet.
(did a simple replacement on the door pull/armrest thing) Discovered some things about the crappy stereo set up.

Still can't find any manuals, but called a few places and left messages.

Does anyone know about the 'supplement' to the dodge service manual, the diesel part? maybe I should just get that?

Some years the diesel was not included in the FSM. For those years you had to buy the diesel engine supplement (sounds like a vitamin for the engine ). I'm not sure what years they were. I would still get the whole FSM if you can find it, there's a lot more to the truck than the engine. The wiring diagrams alone are worth the price of admission.

For an FSM try techauthority.com. It doesn;t list it, but if you call, they have it. Got mine there, was about $80 or so, but most of the manual is good for my other gasser dodges.
