the new guy

hows it goin everyone. I heard this was a really good forum so here I am. so I want to install the 366 gov spring but im just a lil nervous any tips anyone

hey there welcome to DTR. the 366 spring isnt that hard to do just look in the sticky. the first thread at the top of the thread page. then look for installing the 3200 govenor spring. follow the steps. pretty simple.

Welcome Oklahomaboy798. You did choose a good forum. The folks on here are good people, very helpful. As said above the stickies are a great source of info.. The 92's are a little doggy but you can pep them right up with a little info., what transmission you have? The factory auto trans needs a little kick in the pants too, I think the Georand torque convertor is the one most guys seem to like best. Anyways have fun with your old truck and good luck.

Welcome, if you have any specific questions about the spring install be sure to ask. It is pretty straight forward though.

OOOOO HERROW! I just got my spring in and it only took aboot 15min., I thought I did something wrong but it works! (knock on wood)

I think everyone was a little nervous when they did there first gov spring, I know I was, just take your time and read the sticky a couple times and dig in
