The timing is run off the case pressure.

What you're suggesting is the same as my second idea, just phrased differently. The truck would run off the stock lift pump during normal driving, but when boost came up (meaning it's time to make some power) the aux pump would keep the case pressure up.

The first thing I need to do in my investigation of this is to move my FP gauge to before the filter in order to find out why the fuel pressure can drop as low as 5 psi. If the pressure drop is mostly in the filter head (it should only lose 3 or 4 psi through a clean one), I know I need a better flowing filtration system. If it still drops 10 psi under heavy load, I'll try Underpsi's 1/2" fuel line fix to try to get more volume.

I can post some pics if you guys want but like i said before theres restriction in the piston lp cuz i had to use reducers and other then that if you put in a 1/2 inch pickup then the only thing that would be smaller in the ip inlet

Thumbs up

You could use a barrel valve like Hilborn uses I have one on my alky injected big block minirod they have a bypas for Idle and can be adjusted works the throttle linkage.Hilborn also has alot of different bypas return regulators that the Pills and different rated springs or used.

Well have to go my kids are here to take me out for fathers day breakfast.

HAPPY FATHERS DAY

Well you guys deffinatly have some good ideas. Now all you need to do is try them out and report back if they work. My quest for power is at a stand still right now and I dont know if I am going to try and go any further. I may actually go backwards. I had a set of 185 honed out and they only flow 47 liters a minute. The injectors that I run now flow 66 liters a minute. That is a big drop, but I should have better mileage and less smoke.
