Exclamation Need help installing POD Injectors!

I'm getting ready to install a set of Prince Of Darkness Injectors in a '93 CTD. I've been told to use the .020 washers but the installation kit doesn't even have them in it. Will the .060 washers work OK? Where can I find the .020 washers?

And where could I find a good deal on the 3200 gov spring and a fuel pin?

Thanks!
-Ben

If you're looking for the cheapest, there is a company on ebay that sells the bullydog fuel pins, I believe. I remember they were cheaper than the genuine old smoky pin that I got from DDP. Or you can grind your own.

Your local pump shop can get you the 3200 spring. I know that piers can also get it for you.

Ben,

The .020 washers will position the injectors with a better relationship to the piston. Call the vendor you ordered your's from or any of the dealers that sell them.

A pump shop will be able to supply you with the washers. You might have to buy a whole install kit to get them, but you can find them. Ask for a Cummins B&C injector install kit.

Use the 20's, the 60's will smoke more and get worse mileage. The cheapest fuel pin I've seen was the Bullydog from Jegs, about $125 if I remember correctly.

The Piers pin is cheaper than that. Piers can also supply the washer kit and the 3200 spring.
