ha ha thats how it was for me, My gauge sat at empty and didn't work and i opened the tank up and shook the truck and listened and it sounded pretty low so i dropped it and it was still half full or more ha ha. That fuel weighs quite a bit! much easier with little to no fuel.

There's only one sender Dave. It screws onto the side of the basket, plugs into the harness. I'd assume sender as they do go bad and it's an easy fix. I dropped my tank (mostly empty).
