fuel level sender

I have had 2 go out so far and have looked halfheartedly for one. I have (actually someone posted this in a similar thread I had going about the subject) come across one fix for the original and one aftermarkert one. http://www.frostalarm.com/cat/p6.html this is the aftermarket one but it is not just a sender it is also the gauge. Westach is a well known gauge company.
If you do a search on fuel sender I had a thread just a few weeks ago on this and someone posted the "how to fix" to fix the existing sender but I don't rememeber the link they gave didn't seem all that hard to do.

I have seen the post on the repair of the fuel level sender. It was posted by mudbone. He gives details on the repair, and also offers parts needed for just shipping and handling. I will continue my search for an after market gauge, and if I cannot find one, think I'll contact mudbone.
