Have you checked with your local diesel pump shop?

I know that the shop here carries them.

I walked into my local bosch pump shop and they had the spring in stock. Knew exactly what I was talking about too. He also said they would normally have some of the smaller turbo housings in stock but couldn't find them. A 16 was only $175 and the spring was $16.

Check other bosch shop, I got mine from My local dealer and it was here in two days.

Got one off ebay for 18.95 w/shipping and recieved it in 2 days but I didn't see any on there today, they are usually under 1989 dodge cummins.
