cross canada , has all the grill stuff for our trucks , bit pricy but they are made in usa and top notch quality. I've used a grill insert and tail light lens from them

So... 89 to 91 grills are different from the 91.5 to 93 ?
What is the differece?

 

'89 and '90 grill shells are made of aluminum. '91 started the newer style grill which is made of plastic which is the reason why they crack around the hood safety latch.

Here you can see the difference. '89-'90 grill on the right (mine had the inserts cut out in favor of a tubular grill for a banks intercooler), '91-'93 on the left.
