12 Smoke looking good!!! Your like me if a little is good alot is a whole lot better. My bumper weighs 326lbs. and it actually made it ride better, less rebound on the bumps. Looks great!!!!

 

It's not to heavy. But its definitely all there. Won't no shopping cart be denting my bumper!

 

Looking good, I was planning on making one just like you have it now with a winch and fair leads

 

Im about $120 in it after paint and consumables like wire and gas. Every bit of metal was bought from a local scrap yard. $80.00 in steel.

 

I have all the materials already so its only gonna cost me time which is pretty tough to find

Seriously, nicely built! This is pretty much what I have in mind to build for mine, just not sticking out quite as far (personal preference). Have you had a chance to weigh the bumper just for gits and shiggles?

 

Still haven't weighed it. I may try to do it when it comes back off the truck for powder coating. Also it only sticks out 6" which is really just a little more than the stock bumper but now there is room to stand on it when wrenching.

Thanks for the kind words. Next up is the back bumper. It should be much easier. Plan to start with a large piece of plate and make all the on a hydraulic break then cut it to fit.
