Angry MORE THROTTLE MAKES IT IDLE LOWER!? Screwed up again

just installed 3200 govener spring bd xxx injectors and a stage four htt. truck runs great at an idle, smooth never misses a beat. hit the throttle and it idles lower than when you didnt touch the gas. in the afc the pin that rides the fuel pin does not pop out at full throttle which isnt right. the max idle screw can be removed and the linkage will hit the pump where as before it would stop before hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you make a mental note or mark the index markings for the throttle shaft?

Sounds like you are one spline off.

it is also leaking fuel out of the back of the pump. the index wouldnt make the throttle make it idle down would it? the throttle does exactly opposite of what it should instead of reving it up it idles it down
Thanks again

If the throttle shaft is too far the other way, applying some pedal may be only enought to get it back to center, then more yet to get it going in the right direction. In other words, you may be off by several splines and the throttle linkage at rest may actually be providing preload on the gov spring in the opposite direction..see? Dang, now I'm confused...

edit:Leaking from the back of the pump where? Maybe you missed a crush washer on the overflow banjo?
