More cab water leaks

So i fixed a leak in my floor vent and last few days weve had some heavy rain and additional leaks were discovered.

The door seals were shot, not a big surprise, BUT the worst leak is the steering column to firewall seal is leaking noticeably.

Anyone ever had that happen and ideas to remedy? I was thinking about butal tape?

Ordered a new gasket for steering column, ended up being wrong, so made one from closed cell rubberezed foam. Sprayed area with water, so far no leaks
