Brake Pedal and Steering Growl Sound

I just started my 99 truck up for the 1st time in about 10 years believe it or not. Engine seems to run great and even the AC held a charge.

I put my foot on the brake pedal and I heard growling. I tried to turn the steering wheel and it’s stiffer than heck and growling as well.

What do I check?

Yeah probably has Hydro-boost brakes and after 10 years the fluid is either leaked out completely or is very low.
