Mine is turned up with the fuel screw one turn from run away and my star wheel down just enough to keep from binding. I get combined city/highway of 18, give or take 1mpg either way. This directly relates to the weight of my right foot! If I stay on the highway running 60-65mph, I have seen as high as 22mpg.

Mine used to get about 18-21 with stock injectors and before the pump was massaged and turned up. Now about 13mpg loaded, 17mpg freeway not pulling, give or take a mile if I stay down around 60-65mph. If I run 70-75 on the freeway, about 15mpg. Lots of power now and it runs real good, but I really think it was the injectors that killed my mileage. The dreaded tradeoff.
Anyone recognize the Bosch # on my injectors in my sig. I think there the 185's or the Power Wagon Injectors, not the POD's, but I can't remember or the order of power?

i get better mileage than the previous owner . when he drove it he couldnt believe it was the same truck. wouldnt let me touch it when he had it. sensible driving???? have gotten 21.6. got a couple of numbers i wont brag about because i found them hard to believe
The only mod that affected my mileage was the 3200 gsk and that was more my right foot than the spring. In cruise control at 70 mph I will get 21+ mpg - around town I see about 17.5 winter and 18.5 summer. You can see my mods listed below. Timing as Pastor Bob and I used to discuss is about a day and a half.

My milage in the city keepin my foot out of it is around 18mpg which is rare cause it seems that after i did the mods it is so HARD to keep your foot out of it and i get around 15mpg. Last fillup i kept my foot out of it the majority of the time and got on it probably 3 times the whole tank and averaged 20mpg city and highway combined. Now i just put my stans 4" straight pipe exhaust on and it sounds so good i CANT keep my foot out of it cause it just sounds too good, It all really depends on your right foot IMO it should stay really close to the same if you can handle keepin your foot out of it which i will warn you it is nearly impossible to do cause it is just too much fun!!!
I took a long haul from Tacoma, WA to Sacremento, Ca pulling an empty boat trailer (2,000 lbs?). With only 3 stops and running right at 65 mph the whole way I got 21.5, coming back with a \jet boat hull on the trailer I got 18-19. Lot's more drag fromthe transom design.
Around town I get 17-18 IF I can drive it nice for a full tank. I've got a 40 gallon bed tank, and currently have just under 600 miles on this load, and still just under 1/4 tank.
Planning to turn the sloke screw out to clean it up a little before the turbo lights off though.
