In another thread it has been mentioned that some of us would like to meet up for a visit on our road trips. I there is any interest and it is OK with the mods we could post up where we are headed and anyone in the general path that wants to meet for a visit could correspond.

I'm going to be in Reno this Friday and early Saturday for the Big Reno Gun Show at the GSR. Staying at the Sparks Marina RV Park with the toy hauler.

Gotta finish breaking in my South Bend clutch today. The Centerforce came apart. New flywheel and South Bend hydraulics. So far, nice 475/1000 clutch combo.

 

Wish I could make it that is a good show.

 

I have run that same SBC in several of my rigs over the years.
My '01 that looks almost the same as yours and both may crew cabs have the same CON OFE clutch.

If anyone will be in the VT area let me know, I would be happy to meet up or go for a cruise in the country side. I am not planning any road trips though, right now.

The coal show reminds me ... we have a new coal mine going in up here in Hinton Alberta Canada where I live .
This spring I was in WV visiting some churches that support our mission work up here and one of the guys I know pretty well says to me ... start looking for some WV coal miners up your way as we just bought out or bought into a new mine up there somewhere ... I ask if it is such and such mining company and sure enough it is!

Yiu fellas heard anything about that ... the mine is getting ready the hire in the late fall or early winter but I haven't heard anything about a southeastern company???
