may 1st 1st gen

hey guys just bought my first cummins before x mas,89 w250 auto.
I would like to see what kinda power i can get out of it .any sugestions?...im already swapping the auto for a nv4500 and i already cranked up the injector pump(denny t stage 2 on its way soon) and put a k&n air filter in. i have a 2in lift and some 35in hankook rto3's with black american alloy outlaws,got rid of the bench and put some seats outa a 89 dodge van....i would like to get a 6in lift and see if i can get some 40's under it.......heres some pics....http://photobucket.com/northwestmat

Torque converter should be on your list of upgrades. if you don't end up swapping to a nv4500.. thats a big job and i hope you have all the peices.

maybe a 4 inch turbo back exhaust should be next.

look at the new pics ....engine all clean, i use my truck...so its usually muddy...i think its grey? ....not much pavement around here

i have a trans temp a pyro and a boost gage,i waited to turn the pump up till i got these...i plan on having all the body work and paint done before summer,i have a 12 valve 72 duster project on the go as well......http://s639.photobucket.com/albums/u...uster%20build/

interesting. i've seen a 99 24 valve in a 70 monte carlo on youtube.
