hey guys just bought my first cummins before x mas,89 w250 auto.
I would like to see what kinda power i can get out of it .any sugestions?...im already swapping the auto for a nv4500 and i already cranked up the injector pump(denny t stage 2 on its way soon) and put a k&n air filter in. i have a 2in lift and some 35in hankook rto3's with black american alloy outlaws,got rid of the bench and put some seats outa a 89 dodge van....i would like to get a 6in lift and see if i can get some 40's under it.......heres some pics....http://photobucket.com/northwestmat

Torque converter should be on your list of upgrades. if you don't end up swapping to a nv4500.. thats a big job and i hope you have all the peices.

You came to a good forum for help,advice, and general knowledge. Help these guys out some though, fill out your signature, that way these guys can see what your ride is and what's been done to it. It would be real helpful to these guys that help and have the know how to help you. Congrats on your 1st gen. They are fun, aggravating, addictive, and just too cool to drive. interesting. i've seen a 99 24 valve in a 70 monte carlo on youtube.
