Matt broke it.....

Hooked today, it was a hard, rough track. Blew both lockouts right off the bat. They were the "good" Warn one's too. Definitely don't have the setup for 2WD. They must have been less than 100%. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty though.

woooooo carnage. time for no hubs, just 1/4" plate the same diameter as the hub that is machined with splines and use some grade 8's. no lock out hubs, just solid 4wd all the time lol

we made some drive flanges last year, they were stronger than the 30 spline outers....

when we upgraded to the 35 spline outers we went with lockouts because its kind of a bear to drive w/flanges and a welded diff....but as it turns out we will probably be headed back that direction...

You could always put a flange on one side and a lock on the other, that way you only break one at a time and you'll alway have a spare.

Let's look at the distances this year......

MMMM, I went farther everytime and didn't break anything. (at the track anyways )

we'll see what happens, given a little time.....remember last year??

and as far as off-the-track breakage....i'd have to try pretty hard to catch up....and i dont think either one of us wants that to happen....
