I'm thinking of getting that one pretty much because it is already ported for an EGT probe and I don't trust myself drilling a hole in my stock manifold because with the way my luck has been in the past few weeks I know something stupid will go wrong.

The cracking happens more in the 24V manifolds. Ours just shrink real bad. I had one that was 3/8" shorter than the head. Bolts werent quite broken in the head. They broke when I removed them, though. A little drilling and tapping, and I was on my way. I replaced it with a non-shrunken stocker, to which I took a die grinder
