lope-chugging and blue/white smoke with bosch 190's

I had a problem a while ago that after a long steady drive 1-2hr's it would lope really bad at idle in gear(which I called chugging or surging before).
Now with the new bosch 190's from PDR I get blue/white smoke at idle and the lope is not as bad. I can live with the lope now but would still like to know what it is but the smoke is bugging me. Hear is a vid of a truck doing the lope that I had with my stock injectors.

Its not just a little smoke and will be there until about 10psi boost uder half throttle. Full throttle launch and it starts blue and turns black and then a slight grey haze at 32psi. I have the .040 washers on the injectors and have others to try but the amount of smoke im getting I don't think it will help that much. I figured when I got these that there would be a bit more smoke but not this much and I thought it would be grey not blue/white.
I took my truck hunting and just idling around in the woods the smoke got so bad that it would leave a 50-100ft trail of blue smoke behind me. To me it seems like the fuel is not being atomized properly. Could this be a IP problem or is it the injectors?

Ive done BC847's big line install and fuel pick up mod, so there is no air getting in. This also never changed anything but I know will help when the new AD100 goes in.

Thanks
Yuri

i think you need more timeing, i had blue smoke at idle when cold untill i bumped the timeing then it went away.

Ive played with the timing and it does not help the smoke. The smoke is there all the time cold or warm.

Could it be a leaky injector?

Thanks though

With my 190's I also have a steady greyish cloud that follows me around at <10 psi...pdr checked 'em and said they were perfect..this occurs even when my valet is off and it was happening when it was timed at 2.1mm...kind of frustrating, eh.. I've got a steady 6psi from my lift as well..

Does the smoke puff or is it constant?

Are you sure it's fuel?

It does not really puff and in it is constant and almost seem more when warm but I think its more blue when warm and I notice it. Yes I now its Fuel, it stings my eyes and it smells like diesel and not oil. I work on Fords and know a diesel burning oil and not fuel.
