Looking for a better ride on front?
Just put air ride on the back end, what a difference! ;D Just wondered if anyone has found a way to soften the front end up. If I run a softer rubber tires on the front the gravel roads punture tires to easilly with the weight of the front end.
I'm running michellans (never mind the spelling) on there now but even with the min. presure of 50 psi. I've got about 15k on them and they're cupping on me. Front end still seems to stiff. Thanks for your input. I was considering a lighter coil spring on the front, but might have to run airhelper bags to keep from bottoming out on rough roads. ???

Re:Looking for a better ride on front?
Curious as to what you mean on the rear air ride system? Ive got air bags on my 93 3/4 tn and the stock leaf springs. it rides like a dump truck either aired up or down. My front coils seem way to soft ,with 105k and the stiffest shocks I could find ,it still is undersprung in my opinion. I would like to find a firmer replacement.

Re:Looking for a better ride on front?
At one time, I had the Rancho 9000 5-way adjustables on the front. That did seem to help. But for every day riding, I always kept them on the same number and it might be rough on one road but better for the highway driving. Too soft for the regular roads and then much too soft for the highway. Almost drifted going down the road swaying. It became a pain to hop out, adjust up or down and drive away. Now, if going on a trip or strictly back roads for awhile, then adjust and wonderful.

Apache;
I Built my air ride for the rear, using some ideas I got from a web site http://www.keldermanairride.com/
Jeff is one of the owners I talked to they had a used system for a 93 for $400.00.
