Line Ticket, anyone know how to decode?

The W350 I just bought came with all the original manuals and diesel supplements and workshop manuals....it even came with the original line ticket, the only problem is I have no idea what all the codes mean on it, anyone know how to decode it so I can find out what options my truck has on it?

Thanks

Take your VIN & miles on the truck to your Dodge dealer & ask one of the service writers to run a Vehicle Info Plus report for the truck you just bought.
It'll crank out some data like when it went into service as well as an as-built list of options on it, with codes. That will clear up most of the questions.
