Leveling a D250 - shock relocation

I read an old post from someone who knew someone (blah blah) that had relocated their shocks and then used a Coil-rite (rubber air springs) kit to lift/level his. Does anybody have any info on this? Sounds like a much less bone-jarring way to solve the nose-down problem. I'd love to see pics of the relocated shocks... Anyone...??

I think you're trying to solve a non-problem. The TRW 7226S springs leveled the truck and don't "jar" me. The specs show the 7226S have virtually the same spring rate as the 7226. Also, I've just done 7kmiles from the east to west coast and up to Alaska (including some famous gravel roads) and had no problems I would call "jar"ing.

See the pix for before and after installing the 7226S springs.
