move to the third line on the left side of the drawing and the second line on the right, if it works how it should, it wont idle right it will be really low or not at all then adjust the idle and set you linkage for the throttle

if i got the right direction it will allow you to turn the power screw in more do to the fact you have idle adjust ment.

you installed the 3200 rpm spring right?

when you did this the throttle linkage has to be removed, on the throttle linkage arm thats on the pump there are tick marks like in your drawing whick line up on the throttle shaft(which has a mark on it) you should have lossend the 8mm nut spring combo removed it revialing the marks and pulled the throttle linkage arm off and moved IT one spline counter clockwise, clear as mud?
