Leaking sector shaft seal

I was greasing up the truck today and noticed the sector shaft outa the steering box was leaking, can this be replaced, or is it a sign of "something more?"

If there is excessive movement on the steering wheel or movement sideways on the sector shaft, just replace the gear box. Otherwise just get a sector shaft seal kit and install it.
