Leak fixed no boost increase

Yeah there is something wrong here. Like I said many times before. If I can get a bit more boost it will open up more power for towing. At least I think so. I have the throttle left when pulling but I have to get off it or shift because of the temps.
The turbo housing is a 16. It came with a 21.
