Does anyone have a picture of how their LE style bumper mounts to the frame. My truck is a LE but is lacking the LE bumper (solid chrome no plastic trim) and I need to see how the LE bumper mounts.

Non LE trucks had the bumper with pads too. the 92 d250 gas truck we had that didnt even have a dome light/no A/C had the "LE" pads on the bumper. I think your bumper was replaced with an older 90 and back bumper, therefore it has on pads

yes i should be able to, i might have to make some of the holes a little oblong but it should work. I will know better tomorrow in the daylight.
