When I bought the truck it would do 85 if I wanted it too. I'm wondering what we did wrong. We had to remove the TPS and reinstall it because it wouldn't line up right. We also had to mess with the idle screw a little to get it to idle.

Acceleration is great, boost is 20 psi max, EGT's only got up to 800* F.

indexed the throttle shaft wrong, is my guess

did you have to run the idle screw in?

yeah I think so.

I was wondering if the TPS can be indexed improperly, causing it to read voltage when it should be 0 or something like that.

dont know about the tps but if you had to run the idle screw in from where it was stock then i think the throttl shaft needs to be re-indexed 1 spline cpunterclockwise i beleive

It doesn't like to shift into OD either. You really have to gun it and get up to about 65 mph until it shifts in OD. I checked ATF and it was a little low. Filled that and it still does the same thing.

I had to fiddle with my throttle shaft indexing, low idle adjustment and high idle adjustment to get things right when I installed the 3200 spring. I even had to shorten up the throttle rod a bit.

You're going to have to readjust the TPS once you get the indexing problm straightened out.
