Yup....a large part of why was some talks with Craig at Big Power Diesel...back in like 2005 there was a guy here in Socal named Tim, who had an 11-second VP44 truck back when everyone else was in the 13s. He'd had custom nitrous lines made and was pushing the envelope as hard as he could. As he added more nitrous, he kept adding more fuel up to the point where he was running something like 7x20 injectors, and he finally hit a wall. I figured since both VE and VP44's are both round spinny fuel limited pumps, I might as well try some huge sticks and see what will happen. I thought I was being creative, but I think STOMP is already running a similar-sized set on his rig.....so again I am just following the leaders

Been there and done that already like last year to be exact. The good news is I really didnt loose any power and mine were free. If yours are 5x025 than mine are just a little bit bigger coming in at 5x028. All you can do is try them and see how they work out. You never know until you try?? If you keep trying to beat me I might just have to go out and wash and wax mine thats good for about 20hp or so right.?

only LIME green adds power.

Which injector flows more. A 6x16 or 5x18???

Acording to the chart 5x18 flow more than 6x16 marginally. The inj. nozzle would'nt be as likely to crack do to 5 holes instead of 6. But they probably would'nt atomize as well on the other hand.
