It RUNS!! fired on the first crank , but then ran out of fuel , I thought I had it primed good , crack the fuel lines and bleed it out real quick and it was running good.

I took it out on the road to turn it a round so i could back it into the back storage room and the weld broke on the tierod ,the previous owner had crashed the truck and broke the knuckle where the tierod bolts on.

I used the previous owners 110 mig welder to weld the tierod onto the cast knuckle so i could load it on the trailer.

I have the parts to fix it , just need to go down and sand blast them.
should have fix this before the truck was to heavy for the hoist, now I'll have to do it on the floor.

cleaning engine

hey Johny5........................did you spuce up the engine by painting or did you just wipe it down????

I keep looking at mine and am debating on whether to clean and paint the engine or just give it a very good wipe down. It's a shame everything around it is painted and clean and the engine is so-so!! On mine that is.

Nice work and cool looking truck.

Well im still working on her, but progress has been slow.
Took some front axle parts down for sand blasting, then painted them.

Drove 200 miles to buy this box a few weeks ago for 50 bucks.

Studs are for pulling the dent out. Stud welders work great.
