interior trim

Does any one know where to get new interior trim pices, I broke some of mine while installing a search light on my truck. They broke at the slightest touch and I don't want to go to a junk yard (that might not even have them), just for them to break again.

Interior trim parts are VERY tough to find, as most of them are not made anymore and most of the existing used parts are broken or cracked. This is why it is IMPERATIVE that you exercise extreme care when removing or reinstalling your trim because it is so tough to find a replacement.

The trim broke when i was pulling the screws out, and its only the back piece that i broke, the front trim and side trim was broke when i got the truck, i have new side trim, but i need to find the front and back trim. keep in mind, its the trim that holds the head liner in place.

I may have found a good parts truck down here. Remind me tomorrow or Tuesday and I'll see what I can find.

if you have a weekend you could repair it with plastic repair and fiberglass and then paint it and done. all can be purchased at your local paint shop
