I'm looking to replace my cracked dash. My truck has the dark gray interior and OEM replacement is about $400. OEM replacement for light gray dash is about $150. I'm thinking i could purchase the light gray and paint it to match, saving me about $200. Would the interior match paint like Geno's and Diesel Manor sell accomplish a good looking finished product? Is there any other difference besides color in the two dashes? Any advise or opinons would be welcomed. Thanks.

This is where I got the paint for my A-Pillar gage pod.

 

I got my matching paint from the dodge Dealer. You might talk to a local auto paint supply dealer . and see what they can get you. the stuf from Dodge was a perfect match and you can't tell

 

Genos garage sells the Mopar OE paint in spray cans.

This is what I am eventually going to go with, I think.

I looks like a good fit (there are ones that fit better than others so beware), and will cover the cracks nicely.
