Intercooler options

I am creating some serious heat now and it's time to go for a intercooler. I have access to a 04 Powerstroke intercooler. Looks like they have a 3" inlet and outlet. Has anyone put one of these on the cummins...........any thoughts would be appreciated.

Ok, the intercooler i got is bent in a bow because it was out of a truck hit by a deer. I pressured it up to 30 PSI and no leaks. I'm wondering if i can bent it back in shape or just run it like it is. I could pick up another 04 PS intercooler that's in perfect condition for $150 and i have to give him my bent cooler.

I know the bow will create uneven airflow, but i wonder if it will make that much of a difference.

Get the good one for $150, or use this bent one for free? Thats the question.......

How bad is it? will it fit like it is? If not I'd get the good one.

You can get a good intercooler for $150.00?

I would pounce all over that one...
And I have the impression that if it has no leaks at 30 PSI then it is in excellent shape.
I thought that even stock ones leaked a little at 20PSI...
