Got most everything back together today and got all fuel screw ready to be tuned. Thank you 1stGen545 for all your pictures and information. You helped a whole lot. I got all the injection pump and what not back on but the battery is dead where it sat for a week in the cold. Think I have a slow drain somewhere. I had enough amps left in there to crank it over a few times and see some fuel coming out the injestor lines up near the injector's. Don't think it's as much as I should have. I've got the truck on a charger all night so I'll get out there in the morning and keep working. I've gotta get the radiator in and full of anti freeze. Then, with god on my side, I got everything back together right and it'll fire and run like a top.

 

Hope it starts up for you with no problems. I cranked for days with my first IP before finding out what went wrong. Once I got my second IP redone and installed it took about a dozen cranks and it was running.

 

My dad and I were out there this morning and got it going. I didn't have the timing right so I had to pull the ip a little and then advanced it 1/8'' while I was there. I also had a time getting the idle back to where it needed. BUT..... It's all there and I got to put on my nice shiny grill and headlight bezels they got me for christmas. I love being stationed in Camp LeJeune. I get to come home alot now.
