Good luck. It will be a little bit of a pain, but worth it I hope. Don't forget to check out all of the connections, though. The elbow on the turbo, for example, that uses a square o-ring seal, and make sure that all of the screws holding down the intake manifold cover and grid heaters and elbow are tight too . . .

And if it is leaking, what a great excuse to buy a high-performance cooler from PDR

WOW Must have somthing going on. Even though I have a DRW auto 93 I get about 26PSI a WOT and my temps never go over 1,050. This is with my 3800# camper on. I keep an eye on the EGT and it just rolls up to 1,050 and stays there. I do not really need all of that I back off to about 12-15psi when going up a steep hill and about 950 on the temp.

What about a fuel filter?

I do have a 4" straight system from down pipe back maybe that would help also run the 16 exhaust housing.

In overdrive I have a lock up converter it hooks pretty good.

JFYI With the 16 housing from the 21 I did not notice much in boost that came from the POD injectors and pump changes.

I am still kinda knew at this and am just giving my thoughts.
