I think that did it Wanna.........
Well I think that took care of it ,I backed off of the screw another 1/4 to 1/2 a turn and it seems to be ok now. Thanks wanna and everyone else who chimed in on todays issue's. Now one more quick ? if I go in and adjust the star wheel, how much should I start with and whats that gonna do to my idle/everything else. Thanks again guys
It takes a big adjustment on the starwheel to make a difference. Try 2-3 turns and see how you like it. If smoke/boost comes on too quick, back it out a turn or so. Your idle is not affected by the starwheel.
Starwheel affects the RATE of fuelling- how fast you get to max fuelling with the smoke control on there.
Power screw affects TOTAL fuelling- how much you get once you get there.
Glad you got it figured out.

When I dropped mine, I tryed the methods on dodge ram tech, I eventually just bottomed the darned thing and there she sits.
I also noticed that once I ground the fuel pin, the fresh trail from the rack didnt require me shaving that nylon washer. If I were to shave it now, i would bend the pin the slides on the fuel pin. I acctually need to pull it back out n check the trail to where it stops on the pin travel itself, I may need to grind it more.
