Don,t blame the turbo all the time, you might have a boost leak somewhere, you might not be getting the fuel delivery like you were before, did you notice a loss in power, maybe the gauge is defective, just some thoughts.

More fuel....it'll drive the turbo harder.

Also, disabling your wastegate will get you up there, but you probably won't see much of a gain past 30-35psi.

The waist gate is set very low. You should disconnect the waist gate ans see what it does. If the boost increases buy a boost elbow and reconnect the waist gate

That must be the problem, because I can hit 35 Psi with mine and it has the boost elbow in it.

I believe at anything over 35 pounds of boost the hx35 is only pushing hot air and probably over spinning

I upgraded to a super B, now 15psi feels like 35 did on my HX35. Having used both I personally believe the efficiency of the HX35 drops upwards of 25psi. It probably gets a bit more but I think it's mostly noise and our imagination at that point.

Like plugging up the rubber hose what goes from the compressor housing to the wastegate actuator.

You can put a small pair of vice-grips on it or use tie-wire to pinch it off.

My boost goes up as I give it fuel.Had lil ove 20 lbs turned in fuel screw got about 28 lbs. Then I ground my fuel pin a lil and now I run 35 lbs @WFO

I'll leave it there, truck runs strong with stock inj. and EGT's require me to watch close now when pullin hard.
