As long as the pump is cranked up a lot, the stock injectors will run an HX40 just fine.

Thanks Faith.......I'm looking for an upgrade for my W350. Will also be installing a 3200 GSK, some type of an upgrade for the injectors and want to be able to tow "safely"!!!!

Currently it is all stock...

I'm planning an hx35/3b on the stock injectors for now. I would say go for it with the 40.

I ran one for quite a while even with the 18cm exhuast housing it spooled good on my 91 but that was a 727 3speed so i put it on my 1997 & it would not spool in overdrive untill i changed to a 16 cm exhuast housing now it spools good almost as fast as the HX35w that came stock on the 97
