how to remove clutch line from inside of cab?

hey everyone

cab's coming off for sandblasting. ran into more rust issues than i planned on when cutting out floor pan to replace. therefore enitre cabs gonna come off for sandblasting and im not sure how to remove the clutch line from inside the cab. it looks like you disconnect it from the pedal via some sort of snap ring then somehow you twist the assemble to the right so the keyways line up then it should slide right out of the firewall into the engine bay. dont want to go breaking it so any advice on how to do this would be great!

thanks in advance

justin

that's it! just what you said.linkage comes off with the master cylinder.if you want to remove the linkage from the master cylinder there is a clip that is tough to work in the cylinder. it will make you swear.while you have it off check where the linkage bouts to the pedal.most times it needs rebushed.i made a new bushing for the linkage and a sholder bolt. then drilled and tapped the pedal for the sholder bolt.
