Hey guys,

wondering if anyone knew if I have a defective steering column pod or not. I know it's supposed to be just 94+, but the 94+ column I have and my 93's is exactly the same.

So, I ordered the gauge pod from Geno's and it has no place for the torx screws from the bottom to thread into? My 94+ column I have also has the same torx screws, so how am I supposed to attach it other than glue? Is mine defective?

Its not a direct replacement like you're thinking.

It slides over top of the stock column peice and you drill some little holes and use those little push pin things to hold it down they give you.

Glue or double sided tape is not necessary, the push pins work fine. Same way the pillar pods are held on.

 

I used some very small screws to hold mine in place. If you look at the pic of mine in my gallery, you can see one of the screws. There's another on the LH side towards the back and one on the right..... Really pretty simple.
