Using a combination of hot-melt-glue, zip-ties, and silicone, I glued screen under the cowl of my F-350 after I dug two five-gallon buckets full of leaves, sticks, dead mice, and such out of the blower housing, ducts, kick-panels, and what-have-you.
It seems like the wife's 91.5 Dodge has some sort of plastic mesh under there or maybe I am thinking of a different vehicle....

Could someone have done the screen prior to y'all?
Originally, I had cut the heater box () to clean it and wound up with the condensation leaking onto the passenger footwell since I'd forgotten to punch out the drain line. I guess I'll eventually replace the box, but everything is cleaned out andthis will keep out future crickets, petrified baby birds, leaves, juniper berries and mescal beans out.
If i can find it, i have a photo of a deer after it'd eaten a bunch of Texas Mountain Laurel stumbling around.....I'm guessin' if it didn't die from poisoning it became someone else's meal.

You can see the head of the bolt (6-32 x 1") along with a fender washer. There is a lock washer, nut and blue locktite on the bottom of the arm.

Figured out a use for the old torn screen from the sliding door.

I suppose I should do this, my wiper arms are held on by bailing wire lol. They work like they should other than the divers side wiper blade going about 3" past the windshield and door and not returning all the way down when turned off. I know they won't fail with the bailing wire on them, but I'd like to have everything working properly on such a nice truck.

I pretty much followed BK's original guide by drilling out both the pins and the bushings prior to assembling the whole mess. On a side note it was intermittently dumping buckets of rain here this past weekend and so they wipers are doing well.
