how do you get all power steering fluid out?

Guys i am going to be flushing my power steering system tonight and was wondering what the proper procedure is? i have hydroboost brakes as well, and was wondering how to get all of the fluid out of the steering box itself. I also drive a chevy but the procedure is prolly the same i imagine?

I start with sucking all the old out of the res. , then disconnect the pressure hose , put the working end into a 5 gal bucket , have a 2nd person start eng. , then keep filling res. with new fluid , till pressure hose in bucket runs clear .
