when i go ahead and polish my extra set of valve covers im gonna replace em all and i sure am glad i dont have one of the\ose covers on mine, i think they look better with all 6 valve covers showing

Don't they need to be Chrome plated?

The covers are aluminum. If you seal them (Eastwood has stuff to do this) they will stay shiny for a long time.

I knew that! I just needed you to remind me.

My brother got this info at a recent gun show in Tulsa. It's a company that sells kits to gold plate any metal.
