Here are the pics of the new headache rack I built. What do you think?

Here is how I clamped the stacks, and fastened the toolbox with hooks. You can still see my wire cut-offs down there, lol. In case anyone is wondering, I used 2" Angle iron on top of the bulkhead, and the bedrails under the tool box, and 1.5" tube for the rack. The angle from the bedrails is 22 degrees (from 90). If anyone wants more specific dimensions, just ask and I will measure it. Let me know what you think.

I wanted to be able to clean the windows, lol. I drove a plowtruck with mesh in the headache rack, and I absolutely hated it. It was like my eyes couldn't focus looking through it. After a day of plowing snow I decided to just leave my window open. Like the look of louvers, but just personal preference I guess.

Thanks. Simple, but better than clamping the stacks to the bedrails. Can never have too many lights iether.

People in cars on bumpy roads don't like them when they follow me. They say they keep hiding behind the tailgate, and act like strobes every time I hit a bump. It must be pretty annoying.

Thanks, I used 1.5" Wheel spacers. Every one I have talked to uses 2" spacers, but if you want to cut the front hubcap for the lockouts, 1.5s are better because the lockout just barely sticks out of the cap. With 2" spacers, the lockouts would be recessed under the cap. I like how they turned out though. I bought the wheels/tires for cheaper than I could buy stock tires, but the spacers were kind of spendy. Better than the old steel ones for sure!
