holy diesel waterfall Batman

Yep Thats right I have a waterfall of dieselfuel coming from under my injection pump :'(. I can't see where it is coming from but it looks like the side faceing the engine up there somewheres. <br>DM01

If this is on the 94 in your signature, this thread will probably be moved<br>to the second gen forum. In any case, when that happened to me, it was<br>the return line from the injection pump. I think just about everyone has<br>had that happen, and replaced it by now. I can't seem to find the thread<br>right now, but it happened about 2 days after I bought my truck. I used a<br>piece of NAPA hose, H-202. Rather expensive, but hopefully will last a<br>long time. Others have used other types of hose, and may reply to let you<br>know.<br><br>Hope that helps<br>

It could be the backside (engine side) of the timing advance. There is an O-ring that can leak. This has happened to a few people. The pump needs to be removed from the engine to fix it. You might be able to feel back there to see if that is where the leak is coming from. The O-ring is under a flat cover similar to the one on the drivers side of the pump ( just below the KSB).
