Hole in axle housing?

I've got the bed off my truck so I'm seeing all sorts of cool stuff. One thin however is a small hole on the top of the driver side of the housing. About 1/4" round. There is a T for the brake lines hovering above it. Is this supposed to bolt to the housing with a 1/4" bolt ?

That is supposed to have your axle vent attached through the brake line T, then threaded down into the axle. Think you missing something....

Haha. That would make sense. I'm still finding a parts I don't know about and even more spots where stuff should be. Are these available aftermarket?
