hitch install

ok this maybe a stupid question but on a factory 93 w250 would there be holes in frame to mount a hitch? Currently there is a Reese hitch on the truck and the mounting holes are completely different from the curt hitch i just purchased. i am concerned about drilling extra holes. or should all the holes be the same from hitch to hitch?

I just installed a Hidden Hitch on my 93 D250. 2 of the 3 holes lined up but I had to drill the 3rd hole. I believe Reese and Hidden Hitch are made by the same company. It's possible someone already drilled in the frame for the Reese hitch. I don't think it will weaken it. I used flat washers on both sides of the frame.
