I'm guessing if you replaced the head gasket your a pretty good mechanic. My guess is the head gasket either is not sealed tight, the headgasket was bad to begin with, the head is cracked, or the head was warped and the machine shop did not see it

did you scrape everything smooth where the head gasket lays to remove all the gunk when you placed the head gasket on?

yeah i cleaned it multiple times with a gasket scraper, carb cleaner and removed some major corrosion with a wire wheel

Thats what i am thinking. I think that head studs need torqued back down again... Just torque them back down again and if that doesn't fix your problem you might need to pull your head again.

would it only leak under pressure or would it constantly leak? i filled up the rad. and it keeps leaking down probobly about a gallon every 3 hours. Should i torque them to 66 + 90 deg.?

I thought the torque was 89 lbs/ft + 90 degrees?

I may be wrong. And head studs are a whole different ball of wax. The company just gives you a total torque to crank them to.
