FIXED! I didn't have the factory wire from the blower motor tied in to the relay. Thanks Allstock.

Thank You,
It was my pleasure.

Hey guys sorry if there was any confusion the new wire from the relay is connected to the blower motor in parallel with the factory wiring.

If you look on the schematic on the second to the last page you will see the power from relay K-2 Term #87 connects to C-7 12-Gauge Dark Green wire at the blower motor and C-9 12-Gauge Black gets an additional ground.

I guess I was assuming you would be following the schematic.

If you follow the story to the end when I installed the Power Relay you can see where the new wires are connected into the blower motor circuit.

Again sorry for any confusion.

Jim

Jim, that wasn't your fault, your write-ups are better than the service manuals! I just overlooked that when I did it. I was following the schematic but for some reason when I clipped the factory blower motor wire I didn't tie it in with the other. After I got to looking at it again (when I only had Hi) what I did just didn't make sense, so I looked back at the schematic and it dawned on me. Thanks again for the fix. AWESOME!
