Sounds like either air in the lines or you're low on fuel....

Only thing that can change in 2 hrs of doing nothing.

Btw, my dad is a full time paramedic/firefighter. I am a volunteer.

IIRC the VE is able to suck fuel to itself without the LP, but it will shorten the life of the pump. Seems to me you're sucking air from somewhere. Also, drain your fuel filter into a clear cup or glass and check if you have any water in there. Other than that, more info is required to figure this one out!

I noticed your in NH...

After that kind of rain, it's possible you bought some watered down fuel. Did you happen to buy diesel right after that storm?

Hopefully he'll be able to tell us what the condition of his filter draining is! Mine wasn't running quite right when I had some watery fuel... it led to a seized IP a few miles down the road... be warned!

Ahhh... you didn't tell us you were working in the pump when it suddenly wouldn't start.... These are the types of details that help us help you trouble shoot.

i wasnt in the pump at the time sorry guys, what happened was i got sick of trying to solve my fuel problems, an i had the 366 spring sitting there an decided to put the spring in an then work my way to the fuel tank , of couse that didnt work out so hot ,right now i'm thinking it might be the LP ,i didnt want to think it was the problem at first couse i replaced it a year an a half ago
